Schneider Electric BlokSeT is Schneider Electric’s new-generation high-end modular low-voltage switchboard, fully compliant with IEC 61439-2 and GB/T 7251.2 standards, and certified through comprehensive Type Tested Assembly (TTA) verification.

Built on Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure IoT architecture, the product integrates four core advantages: ultimate safety, intelligent operation and maintenance, ultra-high-density modular design, and long-term durability. It is engineered to meet both the demanding operating conditions of industrial applications and the refined power distribution requirements of high-end buildings.

Advantages and Features

  • Premium Arc Fault Resistance: Certified through an 85kA/0.5s internal arc test, featuring active arc isolation and pressure relief channels. In the event of a fault, arc propagation can be suppressed within 0.1 seconds, ensuring maximum protection for both personnel and equipment.

  • Exceptional Short-Circuit Strength: The main busbar withstands up to 100kA/1s short-time current and 220kA peak current, enabling the system to endure extreme short-circuit impacts and prevent system collapse.

  • Full Segregation & Electric Shock Protection: Independent separation of busbar, functional unit, and cable compartments. The vertical busbar is equipped with red IP20 insulated barriers. Drawers feature four-position mechanical interlocking (Connected / Test / Withdrawn / Isolated) and support padlocking to prevent misoperation.

  • High Degree of Protection: Standard IP30, with optional IP40–IP54 ratings, providing excellent resistance against dust, moisture, and foreign object ingress, making it suitable for dusty, humid, and corrosive environments.

  • Rated Voltage: AC 400/690V; Rated Insulation Voltage: 1000V

  • Rated Main Busbar Current: Up to 6300A; Frequency: 50/60Hz

  • Short-Circuit Withstand Capacity: Icw = 100kA/1s, Ipk = 220kA
