BlokSeT Low Voltage Switchgear System

BlokSeT is a high-quality switchgear system authorized for production by Schneider Electric. It features large capacity, a flexible busbar system, and sliding fishplate connections that simplify on-site installation and maintenance. With enhanced drawer protection levels and reliable internal arc fault containment, it effectively ensures the stability and safety of power distribution systems.

BlokSeT is widely used in various applications, including power systems, data centers, rail transit, healthcare facilities, and commercial buildings. It complies with IEC 61439-2 and GB/T 7251.2-2023 standards.

Advantages and Features

Quick-Connect Fishplate Busbar System

The horizontal busbar connections utilize fishplate technology for hole-free overlapping connections. Pre-installed sliding fishplates allow fast and easy on-site assembly, significantly improving installation efficiency and simplifying panel alignment.

Flexible Modular Framework

The system adopts standardized base frames with widths of 600/700 mm and a depth of 600 mm. Side extensions of 200 mm or 400 mm can be added for cable compartments or vertical busbar sections, while a 400 mm rear extension supports rear cable خروج. This modular design ensures high flexibility and standardization.

Double Clamp Connection Technology

Functional units connect to the vertical busbars using a double-clamp system that requires no tools. The self-compensating material increases clamping force as current rises, ensuring stable connections under varying operational stress. All insertion and withdrawal operations act on the clamps, eliminating wear on the vertical busbars.

Standardized Busbar Thickness

The system uses a unique 5 mm thick main busbar, ensuring a high degree of standardization. Horizontal busbars can be configured as a single system (up to 4000 A) or a double system (up to 6300 A).

Insulated Vertical Busbar Grille

A highly visible red insulating grille with IP20 protection is installed in front of the vertical busbars to indicate live areas. The double clamps are also insulated, providing enhanced safety for operators.

Comb-Type Busbar Clamps

Both main and vertical busbars are secured using specialized comb-type clamps supported by alloy fixtures. This design ensures easy installation and high mechanical strength.
