1. The enclosure of this product features a welded construction and is equipped with mounting plates, brackets, and other components. It offers high strength, excellent seismic resistance, and a high protection rating.
2. The system employs a three-phase, five-wire configuration, with both the main and secondary circuits utilizing high-conductivity copper conductors. The busbars are secured using specially designed insulated supports to ensure a consistent distance between the busbars and other components. The busbar supports are capable of withstanding the mechanical and thermal stresses generated by the device’s rated short-time withstand current and rated peak withstand current.
3. All components installed within the distribution cabinet are products from specialized manufacturers and are brand-new, unused, and certified products that have been recently manufactured.
4. Electrical components with identical parameters are fully interchangeable across cabinets of the same type. All electrical components within the distribution cabinet are selected from products with CCC certification.
KLXL-21 Distribution Box Voltage Syste
The KLXL-21 series power distribution panels offer dozens of primary circuit configurations to choose from, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. They are designed for use in industrial and commercial buildings for power and lighting distribution in three-phase, four-wire electrical systems with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 500 V or less. They are widely used in power plants and industrial enterprises such as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, textile, port, and railway stations for power and lighting distribution within low-voltage distribution systems, and can also be used for the control of certain motors. They are also applied in civil buildings, residential communities, and commercial plazas. Additionally, they are used in supporting applications within industries such as food processing, petrochemicals, and photovoltaic power plants.
