KLX Distribution Box
1. The distribution panel employs a three-phase, five-wire system, with both the main and secondary circuits utilizing high-conductivity copper conductors. The busbars are secured using specially designed insulated supports to ensure a consistent distance between the busbars and other components. These busbar supports are capable of withstanding the mechanical and thermal stresses resulting from the rated short-time withstand current and rated peak withstand current of the equipment.
2. All busbar connections are secure, and the insulating supports, mounting hardware, and other accessories are firmly and reliably installed. All conductive busbars in the distribution panel are tin-plated. For bolted connections, each joint uses no fewer than two bolts to maintain constant contact pressure during long-term operation. Any point on the busbar and the busbar support structure can withstand the thermal effects (1 s) and electrodynamic forces caused by a short-circuit current equal to the circuit breaker’s rated breaking current.
3. All components installed within the distribution box are products from specialized manufacturers and are brand-new, unused, and certified products manufactured recently. Electrical components with identical parameters are fully interchangeable across cabinets of the same type. All electrical components within the distribution boxes and cabinets are selected from products with CCC certification.
4. Components are strictly selected according to the user’s specified brands. Major components such as molded-case circuit breakers, miniature circuit breakers, residual current devices (RCDs), contactors, and thermal relays all comply with the technical parameters indicated on the drawings and meet the requirements for normal operation.
5. All components are brand-new products featuring mature assembly processes and excellent performance, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance for the user.
KLX Distribution Box
The KLX series distribution panels are electrical distribution units designed and assembled using components of various models, specifications, and quantities to provide a range of control functions. These products are widely used in industrial and commercial buildings for power distribution, lighting distribution, and automation control in electrical systems with a rated voltage of 380 V or less and a frequency of 50 Hz.
Advantages & Features
Product Features
1. The enclosure of this product features a welded construction and is equipped with mounting plates, brackets, and other components. It offers high strength, excellent seismic resistance, and a high protection rating. The welds and bolted connections of the distribution boxes (cabinets) are secure; the welds are uniform, smooth, and free of slag. The structure is robust and sturdy, significantly reducing the impact of vibrations caused by long-distance transportation and installation on the cabinet body. The distribution boxes possess sufficient mechanical strength to ensure that components remain stable and do not deform after installation or during operation. Both the enclosure and front panels are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets that comply with national standards. When the long side of the distribution box or cabinet is less than 500 mm, the sheet thickness is no less than 1.2 mm; when the long side is less than 1000 mm, the sheet thickness is no less than 1.5 mm; and when the long side is 1000 mm or greater, the sheet thickness must be no less than 2.0 mm.
2. All metal structural components of the enclosure have undergone anti-corrosion treatment. The enclosure surface is coated with epoxy resin powder via electrostatic spraying and cured; the coating thickness meets national standard requirements. The exterior coating color is microcomputer gray. The coating adheres firmly, with uniform color and no defects such as wrinkles, peeling, spots, or missed spray areas. When viewed from a distance of 1 meter, there are no noticeable color differences or glare; the surface is smooth and clean, with no dents, scratches, or other damage. Other coated components used in the enclosure (cabinet) are also guaranteed to be free of peeling, spots, missed plating, rust, or other defects, and their surface quality meets the same requirements as above.
3. The single door of the enclosure opens outward from right to left, with an opening angle of ≥135°. A durable, fade-resistant system diagram and necessary secondary wiring diagrams are securely affixed inside the enclosure or on the door. The cabinet door is designed with internal hinges and is equipped with a lock.
4. Metal components of distribution boxes and cabinets—including electrical mounting plates, brackets, and metal enclosures—must be properly grounded. Grounding terminals must be installed on the doors and mounting plates of distribution boxes and cabinets, and connected reliably to the grounded metal framework using bare tinned copper flexible wire routed through transparent plastic tubing.
5. All distribution boxes and cabinets shall be equipped with durable, clearly legible nameplates indicating the equipment’s name, model, main parameters, manufacturer’s name and trademark, date of manufacture, and serial number.
Inside power and lighting distribution boxes, the ground busbar and neutral busbar must include additional wire-clamping positions while ensuring sufficient space for existing circuit wiring. Grounding bolts shall be no smaller than M10 galvanized bolts, and the grounding point must be located in the lower left corner of the box.
6. All distribution boxes and cabinets shall reserve 10% to 15% of installation space for components to allow for component adjustments.
Electrical Characteristics
a. Distribution boxes shall adopt a three-phase five-wire system, with both main and secondary circuits using high-conductivity copper conductors. Busbars shall be secured using specially designed insulated supports to ensure a constant distance between the busbars and other components. The busbar support components can withstand the mechanical and thermal stresses caused by the rated short-time withstand current and rated peak withstand current of the installation.
b. All busbar connections are secure, and the insulating supports, mounting hardware, and other accessories are firmly and reliably fastened. All conductive busbars in the distribution box are tin-plated. When bolted, joints must use no fewer than two bolts to maintain constant contact pressure during long-term operation. Any point on the busbar and the busbar support structure can withstand the thermal effects (1 s) and electrodynamic forces caused by a short-circuit current equal to the circuit breaker’s rated breaking current.
c. All components installed in the distribution panel are products from specialized manufacturers and are brand-new, unused, and qualified products that have been recently manufactured. Electrical components with identical parameters are fully interchangeable for cabinets of the same type. All electrical components within the distribution panels and cabinets are selected from products with CCC certification.
d. Components are strictly selected according to the user’s specified brands. Major components such as molded-case circuit breakers, miniature circuit breakers, residual current devices (RCDs), contactors, and thermal relays all comply with the technical parameters indicated on the drawings and meet the requirements for normal use.
e. All components are brand-new products featuring mature assembly processes and excellent performance, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance for the user.
