KLXDF Cable Distribution Box
The KLXDF low-voltage cable junction box is currently used primarily in power systems with three-phase AC 380/220 V, 50 Hz, and a rated current of 630 A or less—such as those found in urban residential communities, industrial zones, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings—serving as a power protection enclosure for branch wiring in trunk-type cable networks and for the control and protection of branch circuits.
The KLXDF low-voltage cable junction box is manufactured using SMC (sheet molding compound) through a single high-temperature molding process. It features a low density, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, excellent sealing performance, safety, and an attractive appearance. With all-weather protection capabilities, it meets the demands of various harsh environments and locations in outdoor engineering projects, overcoming the shortcomings of outdoor metal cable junction boxes, such as susceptibility to rust, short service life, and poor thermal insulation. The SMC composite material used in this new type of cable junction box consists of unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix, glass fiber as the reinforcement, along with fillers, pigments, and additives. SMC material offers advantages such as high mechanical strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, long service life, high dielectric strength, arc resistance, and flame retardancy. Additionally, the product design is flexible and suitable for large-scale production.
